New Event Form

Submit this form at the beginning of each new parade year. It tells us everything we need to set up your event — dates, parade name, market area, domain, and key preferences. Fill it out as early as possible so your setup is ready well before ticket sales open.

ℹ️
Submit early — setup takes time

Providing your event details early ensures your needs are met before launch. The more lead time we have, the smoother your setup experience will be.

💡
Gather your payment details first

You'll need your Stripe or Authorize.net account information ready before filling out this form. If you don't have a payment processor set up yet, see the Ticketing guide for instructions.
